	charms 16 topics 46 replies Auction Items high bidder question Feb 23 12:00 AM I know how Ebay works, but I'm not sure   how to deal with dead beats here.   If a customer does not pay, how do we get our fee's back from you?  How long should we wait before we can apply for our fee's?

	Admin   Feb 23 11:57 AM 2 topics 25 replies Auction Items You should expect a response from them within 3 days   after the auction closes.  If not, email them again.   They could be out of town or their email isn't working.    I would give it 3 weeks after the close date, & if you have not received  payment, let us know & we will credit your account.    You are able to leave them appropriet feedback at that time, if you choose.  If they pay at a later date, you can always change their feedback.

	MJSite   May 18 04:26 PM 52 topics 217 replies Auction Items Hi & welcome!  You will need to log in to your account & click on ACCOUNT & then   select preferences.    You can click.........  Email when listing  Email when my item gets relisted  Email when my item closes with bids  Email when my item closes without bids  Email when my item gets a bid  Email when a question is asked  Email when I am outbid    or when your logged in, when you go to your ACCOUNT, it   will show if you have bids or questions.    Once you use the site, you'll see it's very simple.  way easier than ebay.  :)
